Oof.. was afraid I showed my hand too soon. I keep bouncing from story to story… sometimes it feels like I’m losing my touch. Like the last one— something missing, feels like.

We are never happy with all of our children. But of course we never stop! And even the ones we don’t love are beloved by others. Win win!

This. Was. So. Good! Absolutely loved it. When Frankie found the hole in the wall, a heavy dread came upon me. That f**king parrot! I feel there is another story here…

I thought one of the guys would probably do the other in…I did not foresee both of them buying it! And I thought that damn parrot was setting them up, but to be an actual murderer (and a psychopath, at that) - well, I did not see that coming! I love birds. And they ARE often super smart. Sometimes I forget they are vicious prehistoric lizards in disguise, lol.

I’m on a trip with the fam so it’s taken some effort to get to all the stories I have to read, but I managed to find a little time today. You’re a natural storyteller, and always a fun read. Loved it. 🦜

Glad you liked it. Did my best with them birds. Although I’m not loving the one I’m on now. Still have some five or so to get through, so it’ll balance out!

Always, Hanna. Too many stories, not enough hours in the day to write them. Although today was a toughie. Thanks for the comment!

Thanks Jim! Was supposed to be offered as a maybe for a collection, but I’m done with all that. Obscurity is freedom. And free stories is more lifeblood for the stack!
